Stephanie Ford-Jordan serves as the President and Executive Director of Area in Need Missionary House, a non-profit organization that feeds and provides housing assistance to the needy). She brings years of leadership and service-driven experience to the drug testing industry. With a strong background in managing high-impact community initiatives, Stephanie has built a reputation for reliability, compassion, and operational excellence — qualities that are at the heart of our customer service approach.
Under her leadership, Stephanie developed and implemented strategic frameworks that have positively impacted over 20,000 lives. She now brings the same dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction to every aspect of our drug testing services. Stephanie firmly believes that “Service is not a job; it’s my purpose and passion,” and that passion is reflected in the care, efficiency, and professionalism our clients experience every day.
A proud wife, mother, and grandmother, Stephanie is guided by her strong faith in Christ and her belief in treating every client with respect, dignity, and confidentiality. Her leadership has been recognized with numerous awards, including Businesswoman of the Year and a Proclamation from the City of Riverdale, Georgia.

During his professional career in construction and retail management, Jeff has managed projects at multiple locations, including Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta, Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport, DeKalb County public schools, HeadStart Schools, and various churches in metro-Atlanta and Birmingham, Alabama.
Throughout Jeff’s professional career, he has developed a robust skill set in project management. This includes collaborating with trade partners and maintaining strong professional relationships with various contractors and service providers to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
His expertise extends to managing comprehensive project budgets and conducting detailed financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall fiscal responsibility and operational success.
Jeff has also held leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies, such as CVS Health, Target, Pepsi-Cola, and Barnes & Noble Booksellers. With over 20 years of experience in retail and project management, he specialized in creating turnaround management solutions that improve profits. he focuses on delivering strategic value to associates, which increases their confidence and drives revenue growth.
Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Amherst College with a double major in Economics and Political Science.
Residing in Jonesboro, Georgia, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie and their family and friends. Coaching, and mentoring youth as an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Additionally, He actively participates with his church community as a Deacon and has served as Vice-Chairman on the Board of Trustees.
